Welcome to the first in a series of tutorials that MusicRadar is bringing to you in conjunction with LoopTV, The Music Producer's Channel.
We're starting with a three-part Learning Logic micro series of production tutorials from Rob Jones. In this series, Rob takes you through the complete process of recording and mixing an acoustic guitar and vocal project within Apple's Logic Pro 9 DAW.
In this, the first part of three, Rob sets up his project and gets stuck into recording multiple takes of guitar and vocals from Berlin-based singer Miranda Gjerstad. He then shows you how to clean up your takes and how to quickly develop backing tracks to work with your recorded audio.
