Punk legends Stiff Little Fingers embark on a UK tour tomorrow including a show at London´s Astoria on 7th March.
Formed by vocalist/lead guitarist Jake Burns, the band was at the forefront of the punk movement in the late 70s along with the likes of The Clash, Sex Pistols, The Jam, Buzzcocks and Undertones.
After a sabbatical, Jake reformed the band and played a huge reunion tour in 1988, which included two sell-out shows at London´s Brixton Academy, playing to a total audience of over 9,000 and persuading Jake to make the reunion permanent.
