Joe Satriani has been a worldwide guitar hero since his 1986 breakthrough album, Surfing with the Alien. Over 10-million albums and 13 Grammy nominations later he continues to push the envelope of modern rock guitar playing. A new studio album is expected to be released in 2008 to coincide with the UK tour.
