Rock Fans More Likely To Be Unfaithful?
Fans of rock music are serial shaggers, so says research conducted by a website dedicated to... serial shagging.
Sex and rock 'n' roll really do go hand in hand if the 310,000 members of extra-marital dating site IllicitEncounters.co.uk are set as the benchmark for this sort of thing.
Around 37% of men and women looking to pursue sordid affairs cite rock music as their favourite genre of music, whereas just 3% of the UK's cheating beggars like Christian/gospel music.
With just 17% admitting to being fans of blues and jazz, this groundbreaking survey reveals that people who enjoy listening to very loud guitars are invariably incredibly horny.
"This shouldn't come as a surprise, really," says Sarah Hartley, site representative. "Rock music has been associated with sex since the 50s. Lots of prominent rock stars - Mick Jagger, Debbie Harry - oozed sex appeal."
