'Grungefather' Headlines UK Back To Basics Festival
The Godfather of Grunge Neil Young is to headline a unique new UK festival...
'A Day at the Hop Farm' takes place on Sunday 6th July at The Hop Farm, near Tonbridge in Kent, organised by festival guru Vince Power.
It's being billed as the first ‘back to basics´ event of its kind - totally unbranded, free of registration and without any VIP areas.
The aim is a festival for festival goers, returning live music to its roots, where you turn up with your ticket and enjoy the same experience as every other ticket holder.
Power was previously instrumental in the success of the Reading, Leeds, Glastonbury, Homelands, Creamfields and Tribal Gathering festivals and venues such as the Astoria and The Forum - he was also responsible for the re-union of the Sex Pistols and Benicassim.
The event will be headlined by the legendary Neil Young who will be joined by numerous acts to create a day of world-class live music entertainment less than an hour from the centre of London.
Tickets are on sale now from www.seetickets.com and additional acts will be announced throughout March and April.
