Oasis guitarist Noel Gallagher has put his Ibiza house on the market because acoustic crooner James Blunt has moved in down the road!
Noel has apparently put the villa he's owned for ten years on the market for £5.5m because, as a source told a tabloid, "he can't stand the thought of Blunt writing crap tunes up the road."
Said source said: "Noel has been going to Ibiza every summer for years. But he wants to find a new holiday destination. He's fed up of hearing James Blunt bang on about Ibiza like he owns the place. It's taken the charm out of it for him so he's put his villa up for sale."
