Bonamassa Confirmed For Music Live 2008
New York blues legend Joe Bonamassa has been confirmed to perform at Music Live 2008 at the Birmingham NEC on 8 November.
Joe kicks off a series of UK dates with the Music Live show, and his performance at the event will be the only chance to see him in the Midlands during the tour.
Joe was recently voted Blues Guitarist Of 2008 by readers of US Guitar Player magazine and is the cover star of Guitarist magazine´s April issue. Radio 2´s Bob Harris called him “One to watch. You don´t need me to tell you how great he is”, while Classic Rock magazine reported BB King describing Joe as, "a legend before his time".
Joe will take to the stage on the evening of Saturday 8 November at Music Live. Tickets for his performance are priced at £20 from www.musiclive.co.uk.
Bonamassa joins a list of luminaries that includes Duff McKagan (Guns n´Roses/Velvet Revolver), Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers), Status Quo´s Rick Parfitt, Kerry King (Slayer) and Bullet For My Valentine´s Matt Tuck who have appeared at Music Live in the last two years.
