The Subways to support AC/DC this week
If you're headed to see AC/DC at their Wembley show tomorrow (Friday) or at Glasgow's Hampden Park next Tuesday you're in for a treat...
As previously reported, Thin Lizzy have cancelled all shows whilst Tommy Aldridge recovers from a broken collarbone. Unfortunately they won't be able to fulfil their 'DC support slots, but the band has been ably replaced by the awesome Subways, with Josh Morgan on drums. If you haven't seen these guys live yet then make sure you arrive early to catch their set. Check out their track 'Girls and Boys' below.
The Subways are currently working on their third album ahead of a series of summer festival dates across mainland Europe. They recently played Germany´s Rock Im Park and Rock Am Ring and continue on the festival circuit with dates including Hungary´s Sziget and Austria´s Frequency Festival.

I'm MusicRadar's eCommerce Editor. In addition to testing the latest music gear, with a particular focus on electronic drums, it's my job to manage the 300+ buyer's guides on MusicRadar and help musicians find the right gear for them at the best prices. I dabble with guitar, but my main instrument is the drums, which I have been playing for 24 years. I've been a part of the music gear industry for 20 years, including 7 years as Editor of the UK's best-selling drum magazine Rhythm, and 5 years as a freelance music writer, during which time I worked with the world's biggest instrument brands including Roland, Boss, Laney and Natal.
