Mike Portnoy has taken time out to speak exclusively to Rhythm about Dream Theater's forthcoming album, Systematic Chaos.
"We were ready to rock on this one," said Mike. "We took the summer off after the Score DVD show and when we reconvened we were fresh and ready to make some music together. We moved into the studio, started writing from scratch, working song by song."
You can read the rest of this interview, as well as track-by-track breakdown of the new album in the June issue of Rhythm, on sale 9 May.
