Zoom announces handheld audio/video recorder

Zoom knows a thing or two about producing handheld portable audio recorders, and it's now taken things a stage further by announcing one that does video, too.
The Q3 Handy Video Recorder uses the same mic capsules as you'll find in the company's H4n, but also enables you to capture MPEG-4 SP video at 640 x 480 resolution.
A 2GB SD card comes supplied, but the device can actually accept cards of up to 32GB in size.
The Q3 seems likely to appeal to those who want to easily film live music performances while maintaining reasonable audio quality. It'd be a good thing to have at a band rehearsal, and fans will undoubtedly sneak it into gigs.
Look out for it in September price at around $250.
