Kanye West and Spike Jonze make short film
It's not a music video, OK?
Spike Jonze is reportedly working on a short film, See You in My Nightmares, with Kanye West.
The title comes from a song on West's 808s & Heartbreak album, but while said track will feature in the 10-15 minute short, this won't be a straight music video.
Speaking to MTV, Jonze's producing partner Vincent Landay said: "I'd rather not say what that plot is, but it's based on an idea Spike had.
"It came to him, and he called Kanye and said, 'I think you'd be great in this'. We showed Kanye a very early rough cut, and he said, 'It's very Spike Jonze'.
"I don't know when or where it will debut. We did it for fun, so maybe it would be good if someone would give us an actual deadline for it."
Jonze previously co-directed the video for West's 2007 single Flashing Lights.
