Apple "Let's Rock" event confirmed for September 9
New iPods less than a week away?
As MusicRadar and many others predicted, Apple will be hosting a 'special event' on September 9, which just about everyone believes will see the launch of a new range of iPods.
The event, which the invite reveals is called 'Let's Rock', will take place in San Francisco at 10am, and speculation is rife that all of Apple's music players will be updated. A redesigned, more affordable iPod touch certainly looks to be on the cards, as do increased-capacity shuffle and nano models.
We're also hopeful that Apple will spring a surprise and give us something new in the Mac department. However, as we reported yesterday, this might have to wait.
