Musician’s Friend Presidents’ Day sale: Up to 40% off
No matter what you’re in the market for, you’re sure to find some fantastic reductions in the Musician’s Friend Presidents’ Day sale. With money off audio interfaces, studio monitors, guitars, and loads more, it’s the perfect place to pick up an early bargain in time for the Presidents’ Day weekend.
Presidents' Day coupon: Use code PRESDAY
Alongside their regular sale, Musician’s Friend also has a coupon code available that gives you 10% off orders between $45 and $98, as well as 15% off items priced over $99. It’s only on select bits of gear, but there’s quite a lot of choice meaning you can pick up your favourite gear for a lot less.
Of course, we had to peruse the sale a little before writing this article, and we managed to pick out a few really tasty deals. First up, there’s a hefty discount on a pair of M-Audio BX3 studio monitors, which are perfect for the budding engineer or first-timers looking to make some recordings at home. They’re down from $139.99 to just $79.99, giving you a healthy $60 saving on the regular price.
At the opposite end of the price spectrum, we spotted the Antelope Audio Zen Q audio interface with a massive 50% discount. Normally retailing at $999, it’s been reduced to just $499 in the Presidents’ Day sale, giving you a top-quality Thunderbolt interface at the lowest price we’ve seen. It’s a great alternative to the pricy Universal Audio Apollo Twin, giving you plenty of functionality, powerful DSP processing, and some quality mic pres.
Finally, we had our heads turned by the striking-looking Nord Wave 2, which has got a stonking $900 discount in the sale. It’s a synthesizer with sample replay and FM synthesis, and some serious grunt under the hood. A multitimbral approach to the design means you can layer, sample, and split with independent FX to create some really impressive sound.
