Seymour Duncan launches the Alternative 8

Although many players will tell you that great guitar tone is all about lower output, vintage-wound pickups, there is still plenty of demand for hot humbuckers that ooze filth.
The new SH-15 Alternative 8 from Seymour Duncan is the company´s first production pickup to utilise an Alnico 8 magnet, and is wound hot for maximum output with punchy mids.
The Alternative 8 is recommended for the bridge position and is available uncovered, or with gold or nickel covers. For more information, visit the official Seymour Duncan website.
