New Stooges guitar from Reverend
Proto-punk happiness is V-shaped
Joe Naylor's Reverend guitar company has announced details of a new Ron Asheton signature model.
Asheton, most famous for being the guitar sideman to Iggy Pop in proto-punk icons The Stooges, has opted for a V-shaped electric derived from the Reverend Volcano model.
Three position-wound P90 pickups are combined with a five-way blade selector switch for maximum versatility, while the korina neck and body should guarantee more than enough punch.
Other features include a rather cool lightning bolt body logo, and a bass contour control.
