iLok owners get Line 6 Pod Farm for free
In a fit of pre-autumnal generosity, amp modelling specialist Line 6 has announced that, for the whole of September, anyone who owns an iLok USB dongle (or a piece of Line 6 hardware) can get a Pod Farm license for free.
This software-plug-in features a variety of amps and effects, and also supports the dual tone feature. This enables you to split your guitar signal and play through two separate rigs.
Pod Farm is PC- and Mac-compatible and supports the VST, AU and RTAS plug-in formats. This means that it should work in pretty much any DAW.
To claim your license, all you need to is set up a Line 6 account. The offer closes on 30 September 2009.
