GOAT: Help us choose the greatest 2001-2021 guitarists
It's round three and we're looking for contemporary heroes

The idea that the best of guitar is behind us is at best cynical and at worst damaging; the variety of players that has emerged in the last 20 years alone is a cause for celebration.
And so we reach our third round to select the Greatest Of All Time in the guitarist category – an epic quest that will eventually lead us to forming the ultimate fantasy supergroup out of your selections.
From firebrand blues revivalists, to true progressive icons and acoustic maestros, we've seen some dizzying talents gaining ground since the turn of the century.
Please enter the virtual voting booth and make your selections and suggestions below. The top ten will make it through to our finalist stage to select the ultimate Guitar GOAT.
