Liquicy cymbals flow in from Hammerax
A new line arrives with more complex, dark tones
Hammerax recently introduced Liquicy cymbals, a new line with an emphasis on phase shift qualities and dark tone.
Hammerax claim the flange wave of Liquicy constantly shifts the sound so no single tone ever creates a peak. The vibrato speed can also be increased by mounting the cymbal upside-down. All Liquicy cymbals come with optional, removable rivets.
"They resist shock naturally" says Hammerax president John Stannard. "When hit with a glancing blow you can actually see the wave flow around the outer edge of the cymbal."
You can watch a demonstration video of Liquicy in action on the Hammerax website.
