Mark Wessels releases two new books
Mark Wessels Publications has released two new tutorial books for the drumming population - A Fresh Approach to the Snare Drum and A Fresh Approach to Mallet Percussion.
The first explores snare drum playing method while providing instruction for rhythm reading, technique fundamentals, rudimental training and coordination. The book includes a DVD and two practice CDs featuring percussion instruments and grooves from around the world.
The latter is a logical approach for developing music reading skills, technique and musicianship on percussion instruments. This book includes a CD and a CD-R.
A Fresh Approach to the Snare Drum is priced at £11.95 and A Fresh Approach to Mallet Percussion is £9.95. Both are available from Hudson Music.
