Well frosty website Gigwise.com has compiled a sometimes-fascinating list of ‘before´ and ‘after´ shots of well known musicians, the timeframe relating being on or off-stage.
Some of the examples are a bit, well, shaky, such as shots of Jay Kay both with and...well... without a big, fat hat, and the less said about the Slipknot collection the better, but there are some notable eye poppers: see Kiss frontman Paul ‘Stanley Eisen´ Stanley below, for example.
Actually, he's pretty cool whatever he's dressed as...

What he doesn't know about Brian May's playing and, especially, the Red Special, isn't worth knowing.
