NAMM 2007 Highlights: Squier
The Squier brand has also been hot-rodded and the SSH Telecaster is our pick of what we´ve seen so far. Manufactured in India, pickups comprise a Duncan Designed TE-103B Stack at the bridge, a middle-position SC-102 Stack and, in the neck, an MH-101 mini humbucker. The five-way switch gives the same combinations would a Strat and is located at the rear of the reverse-mounted control panel. We genuinely can´t wait to bring you more on this guitar!
Squier have also added an acoustic to the Hello Kitty series. Aimed at younger female players the guitar is available either in hot pink or black, and the basswood and nato body features the super-cute HK graphics. It´s purr-fect, apparently…

“I’ve always wondered why there isn’t more support in this industry - not just for the artists, or the band, but for the crew, the people working their asses off from 7 in the morning to 2 in the morning": Backline demand mental health action
Simon Bradley is a guitar and especially rock guitar expert who worked for Guitarist magazine and has in the past contributed to world-leading music and guitar titles like MusicRadar (obviously), Guitarist, Guitar World and Louder.
