Mustaine - no new Megadeth album until March
mainman Dave Mustaine has revealed that the band's new album, United Abominations, will not surface until March 2007 rather than in January as expected.
"There's a couple of little things that need to be finished, but as soon as they're done, we'll start mixing it," Mustaine told Australian website The Metal Forge. "What I can tell you though is that this new album isn't anything like The System Has Failed (2004). I love this album! This album makes my nipples so hard you could use them to cut glass."
When the album does eventually surface, it is expected to include a cover of Led Zeppelin's Out On The Tiles. Megadeth drummer Shawn Drover used one of, late Zeppelin sticksman, John Bonham's drum kits for the recording.
