Miley Maiden
US tween idol Miley Cyrus has ruffled some features by daring to be seen sporting, of all things, an Iron Maiden t-shirt.
She felt moved to respond and, in a video posted on You Tube, said:
"I'm sure you all have seen me rocking an Iron Maiden shirt lately. I know there've been some people saying, 'Oh, she's a poser,' and 'The only reason she's wearing Iron Maiden is because she wants to be a rock star.'
"So, Iron Maiden - Run To The Hills, Fear of the Dark, Running Free - all good songs, check it out. So thank you, guys. I actually do like Iron Maiden."
At least it's a Live After Death shirt. And is that Dave Murray with her?
Well done, young ‘un; they sure are good songs. Mind you, unless you're a girl of nine years old or less, you may fall asleep before she actually gets onto the subject of Maiden as her and her BFF drivel on about not a great deal for ages. Whatever etc.
Oh, and while we're on the subject, if we ever see Steve Harris in a Hannah Montana shirt we´ll call the police. Not likely, mind...
