Marshall's New Paul Weller Signature Amp: See it now
Introducing Paul Weller´s first signature amp - the Marshall 1987X-PW.
The eye catching look is very much in keeping with Weller´s Modfather status while the PW´s source of inspiration is a 2100 Lead and Bass 50 - namely the 1976 50-watt combo Weller has been using for the last ten years.
The original valve-driven Lead and Bass models (they have one lead and one bass channel) were made in small numbers between 1973 and 1976.
The limited edition Weller valve amp - constructed by hand at Marshall´s factory in England - is finished in off-white levant and baffle and features the classic MOD target.
A fitting celebration of Weller´s career for this 50th birthday, Marshall will also donate proceeds from every 1987X-PW sold to the Childline charity.
It´s available now from selected Marshall dealers.
