Manowar ringtones
Yes, it´s true: the original Battle Metal band are planning to introduce ringtones and they want their fans to choose 'em. To get involved, email frontrow@manowar.com with a list of your 10 favourite Manowar anthems and, in the time it takes to swing an axe, your choice could be made available to allow us to all to turn our feeble mobiles into slabs of testosterone-loaded metal (it says here).
We´ll be suggesting Blood Of My Enemies from the seminal Hail To England opus, perfect for when your mum calls…
The band will also be releasing new material via a teaser EP entitled The Sons of Odin on 24 October, which will feature a track from the upcoming new album Gods Of War plus various extras contained within a bonus DVD.
Remember: Manowar are the inventors of the Black Wind, the sonic boom that blows from the backline of bassist Joey DeMaio and original guitarist Ross the Boss…it doesn't get harder than that.
