Line 6 sells, and Dave's buying
's latest album United Abominations may well have shocked us with its metallic impertinence, but it was a pleasant surprise and a return to form nonetheless.
What may also come as a further surprise to fans is the backline that the MegaMustaine is going on tour with. Rather than the clichéd wall of Marshalls, Mustaine is instead using a custom-built Line 6 amp to support the record. According to the company, Dave locked himself in a room with its engineers for over a year, where they: "obsessed over every detail, fine-tuning the tones and the look of this one-of-a-kind amp."
