Gus G Is Going To Play With Ozzy Says Randall Amps
Looks like the rumours are true, Randall Amplifiers has now confirmed on its Facebook page that its endorsee 28-year-old Greek guitarist Gus G (Firewind, ex-Dream Evil, Nightrage, Arch Enemy and Mystic Prophecy) will play with Ozzy Osbourne at the closing concert of this year's BlizzCon (an online role playing game convention) which will take place 21-22 August at the Anaheim Convention Centre, California.
Whether he'll be the permanent replacement for long-time Ozzy stringsman Zakk Wylde remains to be seen.
What we do know is Gus G (real name: Kostas Karamitroudis) is a very impressive player and we look forward to hearing him tackle some of Ozzy's hits.
