AC/DC made easy
Guitarists keen to brush up on their Malcolm and Angus Young should definitely check out the Riffology Of
AC/DC
book from Wise Publications. Ditching the ‘learn a whole song´ approach in favour of a breakneck tour through the AC/DC back catalogue of monster riffs, it makes up for a lack of comprehensive detail with plenty of riff-specific advice, and useful hints and tips for beginner and intermediate guitarists.
So if you´re partial to an AC/DC riff or two - and who isn´t - this will be a godsend for people who just can´t get on with the usual dry training resources out there. And while it may not ultimately be a substitute for learning whole songs, solos ´n´ all, it´s great fun.
