14 Years Of Silence: Axl Rose finishes Chinese Democracy
According to the NME.com, Guns N' Roses have reportedly completed work on Chinese Democracy the album that Axl Rose has been working on for the past 14 years.
Yes, 14 years.
Therockradio.com reports that Geffen Records, the band's long suffering record label, have confirmed they have received a finished copy of the album, and are currently haggling over money and rights issues with Rose.
Whatever they offer is unlikely to be enough though…
The album is reported to have cost in excess of $13million (£6.5million) to produce.
Ouch.
In even more bizarre news, AllYourTV.com has reported that a Guns N' Roses reality TV show is set to be screened to coincide with the release of the album.
As usual take that with a pinch of salt but don't be suprised if we hear the album this year. But is anything worth a wait that long?
