Gary Barlow voted greatest British songwriter
He's better than Lennon and McCartney says poll

Yes, you did read that headline right: Take That's Gary Barlow has been voted Britain's greatest songwriter in a new poll.
Barlow, who has penned hits such as Patience and Back For Good, is the surprise name at the top of a chart compiled by OnePoll, pushing Beatles legends John Lennon and Paul McCartney into second and third places.
To say this is a controversial result is an understatement.
